We believe flowers are one of the best ways to bring life and beauty to a celebration, and we specialise in dreaming up one-of-a-kind designs that will beautifully elevate the atmosphere of your wedding day.
Even if you have no idea what you have in mind for your florals, we will help to uncover your vision for your big day. We are happy to grab a cuppa, scroll through inspiration with you and unpack all of the details.

We love to design breathtaking floral backdrops for ceremonies! The ceremony is such an important part of your wedding day and trust us, there will be a LOT of photos taken of the ceremony.
The day is here! You don't have to worry about a single thing - our team has it all covered! Depending on the timing and logistics, we'll usually deliver the bridal party flowers on our way to your venue/s. If you're having reception installations, these are usually done before we execute ceremony florals to give your stylists time to reset the reception. If you aren't having installations, we will typically design the arbour/ceremony flowers before placing any centrepieces and candles. We like to have the ceremony complete one hour before your ceremony start time so that everything is ready before guests start arriving!

finalise details
Two months before the big day is when we will usually start finalising all of the details including final quantities of items and any last minute adjustments. We require the final invoice to be paid 28 days prior to the wedding so that we can pre-order your beautiful blooms.
Once you are all locked in, we are just an email away if you have any questions or ideas. For any significant changes (i.e changing the overall concept, changing the ceremony florals etc.) please get in touch so we can make plans accordingly. For full-service clients we offer 2x complimentary 60 minute design consultations prior to the wedding if desired. We recommend consultations are scheduled between 3-9 months before the wedding (not too early, not too late!).

There is a little bit of information that we'll need from you in order to put an investment estimate together, which we can run through with you once you enquire. To secure our services, we'll require a 25% non-refundable booking fee and signed client agreement. Once we get those two things, your wedding will officially be in our calendar!

There are many factors that go into the delivery + set up fee, such as the location (distance and time of travel required), the number of delivery locations, whether we need to hire a larger vehicle, the amount of staff required to execute the job within the strict timeframe, and whether we need to wait at a location to transfer any ceremony items to the reception. Although we do our best to provide an estimate figure at the time of quoting, it generally cannot be confirmed until a bit closer to the wedding when all of those details can be finalised, but we suggest you allow approximately 10-15% of your flower total for the delivery + set up fee.
How do you charge for delivery + set up?
The amount you invest in your wedding flowers really does depend on your requirements, complexity of style, seasonal availability, location of venues etc. You might have come across wedding blogs suggesting a certain percentage of your total wedding budget being allocated to the florals. This will differ per couple, but for a super vague ballpark, you could budget around 8-15% as a guideline. On average, our clients typically invest $3000-$8,000.
how much should i budget for wedding flowers?
We do not offer standard packages. We take pride in creating high quality, unique floral concepts tailored to our client's specific vision. Because no two weddings are the same, we custom price each wedding. Some florists may offer lower priced package options, however in these instances you generally don't have as much say in the floral ingredients or style.
do you do wedding packages?
As each wedding, event and arrangement is individual and unique, we custom price each order individually based on season availability, flower types and aesthetic. Our full service floral design starts at $2500 for Brisbane weddings. We would love to chat to you about your special day, so please drop us a line at our contact page!
what is the pricing structure?

Do you offer consulting for other florists or creatives?
Yes. Myself and my team are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
are you covid-19 vaccinated?
We’d suggest getting in touch as soon as you have a date and a venue. For dates in peak periods, we can receive enquiries up to 18 months ahead, and as we don’t hold dates until a booking is made and booking fee is paid, it’s best to book early to avoid disappointment. We can make changes to your quote any time from booking up to 4 weeks before your wedding. Please note: for enquiries for events more than 12 months in advance, we are only able to provide an estimate. Although we endeavour to avoid drastic price changes, we aren't able to guarantee prices until 12 months or less until the event. In this situation, we'd recommend you allocate an extra 15% for potential price increases.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING?
No, we we work from our little home studio based out of Sarah's house. We specialise in wedding and event floral design and don't offer retail floral arrangements unless specifically ordered in advance.

We can offer basic table styling. We have a small but intentional collection of hire items such as candles and candlesticks, table runners, arbour draping and various vessels. We have connections with various hire companies so are happy to help coordinate the styling for you. The fee will depend on your requirements.
DO YOU OFFER STYLING?
While we specialise in full-service wedding floral design, we occasionally can assist with elopements or small orders. This will depend on the date and our availability, so please get in touch if you have any questions.
